Steps to Create and Use a Private Group Chat

  1. Open the Group Chat section from the dashboard.
  2. Click Create New Group.
  3. Choose Private Group Chat as the group type.
  4. Enter a group name.
  5. Select and add the vendors you want to chat with.
  6. Create the group to start the private conversation.
  7. Send and receive messages within the private group chat.
